Administrative Assistant
Buckberger Baerg & Partners LLP is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our team.
Education & Experience
- Diploma in Business Administration or relevant work experience
- Minimum one (1) year of Administrative experience is required

Responsibilities include
- Providing support for coordination of staff functions and client promotional events
- Management of partners’ calendars, emails, time sheets, preparation of expense reports, arranging meetings and conference calls
- Reception coverage
- Completion of office opening and stocking tasks
- Typing, formatting and editing firm correspondence with high attention to detail and thorough proof-reading skills
- Scanning and filing of client documents
- Management of client deadlines and client data base
- Providing support to partners in meeting Canada Revenue Agency filing requirements
- Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail and packages
- General clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing and mailing
Qualifications
- Exceptional MS Office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organization and time management skills, with the ability to take responsibility for meeting deadlines by efficiently prioritizing tasks
- High attention to detail, ability to take ownership of quality of professional products while working independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player, with great client service skills
- Ability to perform duties with the utmost client confidentiality and professionalism
- Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment as a senior level administrative assistant would be an asset
General Requirements
- On occasion this position may require some overtime.
